SWAP is for people who want to buy a property without paying a fortune to an estate agent.

This is how it works:

1. You decide where you want to buy a property.
2. You find the postcode of that area in the "Current locations" selection box.
3. You are presented with a selection of properties owned by people who currently live in that area and who are happy to sell.
